YOUNGSVILLE – Link Logistics has acquired the fully leased, 550,992-square-foot Eaton Logistics Facility in Franklin County, adding a newly completed distribution hub that supports Raleigh-area manufacturing supply chains.

The industrial property is in Youngsville. Link Logistics said the building was completed in 2026 and was 100% leased when it joined the company’s portfolio. The sale price was not disclosed.

The Class A distribution center has 40-foot clear heights, a cross-dock configuration and direct access to U.S. Route 1. Those features support high-volume warehouse and distribution operations about 23 miles northeast of Raleigh.

Link Logistics said the facility serves as a logistics hub supporting manufacturing operations in the Raleigh area. The transaction transfers ownership of a more than half-million-square-foot operating facility in Franklin County rather than announcing a proposed development.

Summit Real Estate Group and an institutional partner sold the property. JLL represented the sellers. Neither Link Logistics nor independent trade reporting disclosed the purchase price, financing terms, tenant identity or lease duration.

Link Logistics was established by Blackstone in 2019. The company says its U.S. portfolio totals roughly half a billion square feet of logistics real estate.

The immediate North Carolina business consequence is the acquisition of a large, fully leased industrial asset serving regional manufacturing supply chains. The available sources do not establish new construction, a job commitment or a change in the facility’s tenant operations.
