BURLINGTON – Labcorp said it expects compound annual revenue growth of 5% to 8% through 2029 while reaffirming its full-year 2026 guidance.
The Burlington-based laboratory services company presented the outlook at its Sept. 10 Investor Day and disclosed the materials in a Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Labcorp also projected compound annual adjusted earnings-per-share growth of 8.5% to 11.5% through 2029. It expects adjusted operating margin to expand by 75 to 150 basis points by the end of 2029 and compound annual free cash flow growth to track adjusted earnings growth.
For 2026, the company maintained revenue guidance of $14.71 billion to $14.827 billion, adjusted earnings of $18.10 to $18.55 per share and free cash flow of $1.24 billion to $1.36 billion.
Labcorp identified four priorities for growth: specialty testing in areas including oncology and neurology, expanded work with health systems and pharmaceutical companies, personalized health services, and increased use of technologies including artificial intelligence and robotics.
Labcorp is headquartered in Burlington and trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker LH. The company said the forward-looking adjusted measures are not prepared under generally accepted accounting principles and may differ from actual results.
