CHARLOTTE – NN Inc. raised its full-year 2026 sales guidance to $470 million to $490 million and its adjusted EBITDA guidance to $58 million to $68 million, citing growth in data center, defense, electronics and medical markets.
The Charlotte-headquartered precision manufacturer disclosed the higher ranges in a Sept. 22 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Its prior ranges were $460 million to $480 million for net sales and $55 million to $65 million for adjusted EBITDA.
At the new midpoints, NN expects $480 million in sales and $63 million in adjusted EBITDA. The company said those figures would represent increases of 14% and 29%, respectively, from 2025.
NN attributed the revision to demand in its data center, defense and electronics, and medical markets. The filing’s accompanying investor presentation says the company has won more than 20 defense and electronics programs over three years, valued at about $30 million to $35 million in annual sales, with an additional working pipeline of about $75 million.
RTTNews independently reported the revised sales and adjusted EBITDA ranges, the midpoint comparisons with 2025 and the Oct. 28 follow-up date. The guidance remains a company forecast, not reported revenue or profit.
NN said it will provide additional detail when it reports third-quarter results Oct. 28. Adjusted EBITDA is a non-GAAP measure, and the company said it cannot reconcile the forward-looking estimate to the most directly comparable GAAP measure without unreasonable effort.
NN says it employs about 2,550 people across 27 plants on four continents. The Sept. 22 update did not disclose a North Carolina hiring target, facility investment or state-specific operating change.
The immediate business consequence is a higher revenue and earnings outlook for a Nasdaq-listed company headquartered in Charlotte. The disclosure does not guarantee the forecast or identify a new North Carolina project.
