Raleigh approves taller, denser zoning for Heritage Park redevelopment
RALEIGH - Raleigh City Council has approved rezoning for the Raleigh Housing Authority's Heritage Park property, allowing buildings up to 12 stories and greater residential and mixed-use intensity.
