CHARLOTTE – Toll Brothers has opened the amenity center at Griffith Lakes, its master-planned residential community in north Charlotte.
The company announced the opening Sept. 10 and said the community’s amenities and home designs are available for tours at 2525 Griffith Lakes Parkway.
The newly opened clubhouse includes a great room, game room, fitness studio, workout room, barbecue patio, fire pit lounge, pool, spa and playground. Outdoor amenities include pickleball and tennis courts, lake access with a kayak launch, walking and biking trails and a dog park.
Griffith Lakes includes four collections of townhomes and single-family homes ranging from about 1,680 to more than 3,400 square feet. Toll Brothers said homes are priced from the upper $300,000s.
The Griffith Lakes master developer says the clubhouse, resort-style pool, fitness center, playground and pickleball courts were recently completed.
