RALEIGH – Parks Hospitality Group has doubled its headquarters footprint in North Hills and plans to add 60 employees companywide in 2027 as new hotels open.
The Raleigh-based hotel development and management company added 2,800 square feet at 4242 Six Forks Road, bringing its office to nearly 6,000 square feet, according to Triangle Business Journal.
Chris Hardy, vice president of commercial strategy, told the publication that the expansion adds meeting rooms, lounge space and break room space as the company’s local headcount grows.
Parks Hospitality has 16 employees at its headquarters and 633 workers across its hotel portfolio. Hardy said the company plans to hire two additional headquarters employees and 60 employees in total in 2027.
The company says its portfolio encompasses more than 2,000 rooms across North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Georgia.
Official portfolio pages list a planned Hampton Inn in Cary’s Alston Town Center with approximately 165 rooms and a 2027 conversion of the 122-suite Comfort Suites Regency Park in Cary to a Home2 Suites by Hilton.
