Former Sheraton Raleigh owner files Chapter 11 after $27.75M sale
RALEIGH - Raleigh Hotel XXIX Owner LLC, the former owner of the Sheraton Raleigh, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy months after selling the downtown property for $27.75 million.
