Palmer Donavin leases 225,000 square feet at Butner industrial park
BUTNER - Building materials distributor and door fabricator Palmer Donavin has leased a 225,000-square-foot build-to-suit facility at Falls Lake Industrial Park, becoming the project's first tenant.
